Serve card images from CloudFront so they show before the license gate

The repo is gated, so images stored in assets/ only render after users accept the license. Visitors had to hand over their details before seeing any results.
This points every card image at a public CloudFront copy (d1uqrfwi55x6ib.cloudfront.net/fibo-2.0-dev/assets/, bucket bria-dev-misc). The files are byte-identical to assets/, which stays in the repo.
