MFF-LoRA

Code-only ACL ARR release for forward-only Fisher-aligned LoRA initialization.

Layout

• src/mfflora/: initialization, factor, data, training, and utility code.
• experiments/: broad sweep, gradient diagnostic, and shared experiment code.
• scripts/: alpha-grid aggregation, figure data loading, figure generation, and supplement export.
• tests/: unit and paper-pipeline checks.
