# MFF-LoRA

Code-only ACL ARR release for forward-only Fisher-aligned LoRA initialization.

## Layout

- `src/mfflora/`: initialization, factor, data, training, and utility code.
- `experiments/`: broad sweep, gradient diagnostic, and shared experiment code.
- `scripts/`: alpha-grid aggregation, figure data loading, figure generation,
  and supplement export.
- `tests/`: unit and paper-pipeline checks.

## Install and test

```bash
python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
PYTHONPATH=src python -m pytest -q tests -m 'not slow'
```
