patdev/linux-desktop bucket layout

This bucket is the single persistent store for the Linux Desktop.

system/active.json selects the runtime/artifact versions. Each artifact has its own manifest and SHA-256. The Space image is only a bootstrap/system-package layer; mutable runtime code and compiled AI runtimes are selected from this bucket.

Legacy directories (/runtime, /runtime-cache, /local-agent, /.home, /apps, /hf) are retained while patdev/linux-desktop is validated. They are not moved destructively while patdev/linux-desktop-v2 is still serving as rollback.
