Align version=1 with the strict Lambda v0.2.0 source
Calls with kernels.get_kernel(..., version=1) currently resolve to the older v1 branch, whose CPU package has no lambda_v1. Updating main alone would leave these consumers behind.
This review targets v1 and stages the same immutable GitHub v0.2.0 source as the separate main review #1: 7cb79cba7ecb5dbb9da59b2d6b516a98d2a114d6. It replaces the CPU package and adds the universal package, spec, 60 vectors, reference, exact source license under source/LICENSE, and distribution receipt. No curated root card or license is replaced and no files are deleted.
Red: kernels 0.17.1 get_kernel(version=1, backend=cpu) loads _szl_lambda_gate_cpu_9cf02fddf8 but has no lambda_v1. Green: the exact source payload passes all 60 vectors in both variants with kernels 0.12.3 and 0.17.1 on CPU. Canonical vector digest: 61bfb0410b9f0eaab0eb9f22f29cb7cb13cfde8c083fe308d895565d6ba9ebd4. Remote verification of this review will be saved separately after the upload.
