Add joint EgoHTR 03/05 checkpoint for v0.1.1 review

Adds the final 10,000-update checkpoint from lkrajan/orcs/6ot4spsx: one policy for reviewed EgoHTR 03 rocky ascent and 05 window crossing.
- Exact checkpoint SHA-256: 4b12e57d7c9e83c0e3ab29a4cd7635acc7e3594393df1dbd38c9f31dfd333908.
- Includes paired motion/terrain provenance, dependency pins and EgoHTR attribution/access-condition notices.
- NVIDIA model license preserved; the four existing checkpoints are unchanged.
- ORCS dev branch lok-i/ego-htr will pin this PR commit for --agent release testing.
