Add tested ViBe deployment ONNX exports and manifests
Publish the exact four tested deployment policy exports beside their existing training checkpoints, with matching .manifest.json files. Add the shared 112×63 Theia-tiny encoder and its manifest under encoders/, plus upstream attribution/license and portable checksums/export provenance in deployment.json.
The ten model/manifest files are byte-identical to the local vibe_ws artifact snapshot. Their source checkpoint hashes match this repository. Original checkpoints, release.json and the v0.1.0 tag remain unchanged.
Validation: ONNX/manifest checks, native C++ policy inference for four tasks, V9.3 regression, and operator confirmation of all four samples plus the cube planner on Ubuntu 22.04 / ROS 2 Humble. Eight native encoder frames preserved pixels exactly; worst CPU/CUDA token error was 4.41e-6 (limit 1e-4). These are historical exports; a fresh training-export parity gate and physical robot validation are separate.
The companion vibe_ws PR pins this HF commit and maps remote files into ignored artifacts/models/... and artifacts/encoders/.... Deployment binaries remain outside GitHub. Dodge is outside the four-sample bundle. Fresh-machine testing will follow the coordinated release merges.
