AvatarForcing checkpoints (mirror)

Hub mirror of the two checkpoints for Avatar Forcing: Real-Time Interactive Head Avatar Generation for Natural Conversation (arXiv:2601.00664, Ki et al.), originally distributed via Google Drive in the authors' repo download_weights.sh:

motion_autoencoder.pth (181 MB) — motion latent autoencoder
flow_transformer.pth (614 MB) — causal diffusion-forcing transformer

Mirrored because Drive rate-limits large files. Not to be confused with lycui/AvatarForcing (a different model, arXiv:2603.14331). License follows the original authors' terms.
