| ## v1 Scope | |
| - Native GTK3 app. | |
| - Sidebar navigation instead of many equal tabs. | |
| - Read-only access to Codex SQLite databases. | |
| - v0.2 ships Codex-first views only: Overview, Sessions, Processes, Logs. | |
| - Unfinished Claude-specific views stay hidden or out of scope until they are complete. | |
| - No WebKit embed. | |
| - No Claude settings, Claude hooks, swarm views, brightness tools, or unrelated | |
| panels. | |
| - Process kill actions only with confirmation. | |
| ## Stability Rules | |
| - Data layer must work without GTK. | |
| - Missing or locked Codex DBs must not crash the UI. | |
| - Poll visible views only. | |
| - Keep refreshes explicit and low-frequency. | |
| - Log errors to `~/.cache/codex-dashboard.log`. | |
