ProjectIntakeTower Night Run Checklist

Date: 2026-05-04 Goal: convert expiring Codex quota into useful, local, read-only audit artifacts without creating code drift, branches, PRs, or conflicts with Luis' consolidation assignment.

Hard Rules

  • Do not edit existing repo worktrees under /home/smlflg/Projekte/KomandoZentral, /home/smlflg/Projekte/Zentrale, or /home/smlflg/Projekte/megaHarness.
  • Prefer fresh source clones under /tmp/project-intake-tower-src-2026-05-04/ when starting manual sessions.
  • If an existing local worktree is inspected, record its git status --short and treat dirty state as pre-existing context.
  • Write durable outputs only under /home/smlflg/Projekte/ProjectIntakeTower/.
  • Do not create branches, commits, pushes, issues, labels, or pull requests.
  • Do not make an anchor-repo recommendation, archive/keep verdict, or target architecture decision. That stays with Luis.
  • If an agent hits uncertainty that would require an architecture or product decision, mark NEEDS_HUMAN and continue documenting facts.

Session Order
