StudyAgent

ADHS-friendly study buddy: helps students with ADHS get through their semester. No rigid plans — micro-steps, buddy tone, dopamine at task START not completion.

Status

MVP shipped. Browser E2E test and past-deadline edge case pending.

Run

What works

• Dashboard — active subjects, next deadlines, next step, session banner, panic indicators
• Subjects CRUD — WIP limit of 2 enforced server-side
• Deadlines — auto-generates micro-steps via MiniMax M2.5 on creation
• Steps — complete/skip inline (htmx), next step loads automatically
• Elastic plan — auto-compresses when steps exceed remaining time
• Replan — deletes pending+skipped, generates fresh
• Session tracking — auto-start, auto-close after 30 min inactivity
• Panic mode — triggers at <48h, reduces to 3-4 essential steps
• AI fallback — works without MINIMAX_API_KEY (dummy steps)

Stack

FastAPI + SQLAlchemy + SQLite + htmx + Jinja2 + MiniMax M2.5 API
