## 🚀 Deploy on Hugging Face Spaces
One-click deploy your own instance:
1. **Fork this repo** → `https://huggingface.co/new-space` → SDK: **Docker** → connect your fork
2. **Or push directly:**

3. **After deploy:** Open your Space → Dashboard → add providers + API keys
4. **All data persists** on the HF Storage Bucket (`/data`) across rebuilds

> - App runs on **port 7860** (HF mandatory, auto-configured)
> - Data stored at `/data/v2` on the HF Bucket — survives restarts
> - Container runs as **root** (no `su-exec`) — otherwise `SQLITE_READONLY` on the bucket
> - Set `STREAM_STALL_TIMEOUT_MS` env var or use Dashboard → Profile → Timeouts UI
