| # SimamAlphaXR | |
| Transparent video for XR: turn a rectangular video clip into a foreground | |
| layer that can float naturally in an immersive scene. | |
| This first release is a runnable compositor, not a claim that Wan-Alpha | |
| weights are included. It creates an alpha matte from a green screen or a | |
| contrastive background and encodes a real VP9 WebM with transparency. The | |
| planned Wan-Alpha adapter will plug into the same frame/matte contract. | |
| Outputs include transparent WebM, checkerboard preview MP4, alpha preview PNG, | |
| and JSON diagnostics. Best results come from a static green, blue, or evenly | |
| lit background and short clips. | |
