Decoding Parliament — API
Retrieval-augmented question answering over the official transcripts of Myanmar's Union Parliament (2011–2020): 158,945 indexed passages, SEA-LION-E5 embeddings fused with a Burmese-syllable BM25 index, answers generated only from retrieved passages with [n] citations.
POST /ask with {"question": "...", "k": 5} → answer, model, passages with citations. GET /health for status.
Interactive docs at /docs. Rate-limited per IP; nothing is logged.
