Licenses

Licenses apply by component, not to this repository as a whole.

• Model weights and tokenizer: the Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy, included as GEMMA-TERMS.html and GEMMA-PROHIBITED-USE-POLICY.html (see NOTICE.txt); LICENSE.model is the source's own reference to them. MODEL-LICENSE.json records where the source declares its license, and README.source.md is the source's model card. Conversion changes the weights' format, not their terms.
• The model library, the core geometry pack and drowse's changes to its runtime: AGPL-3.0-only, included as LICENSE.drowse. Upstream Apache TVM, MLC LLM and WebLLM keep their own licenses.

Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms.
