Real-world LLM applications in consumer protection, construction cost estimation, and fraud detection. I build deterministic, checkable tools instead of black boxes, and I publish open datasets that turn 30 years of hands-on construction trade knowledge into something other people can verify and build on. My goal is simple: reduce the information asymmetry that lets honest tradespeople lose work and lets buyers get overcharged.
